I am a HeartCrafter, Messenger, Intuitive Guide and MagicMaker - offering group and one-on-one facilitation. You will always find me happiest serving you in this way - whether that is by helping you to raise your vibration, to expand your consciousness, to show you how to receive and interpret your intuition or by me acting as a midwife in the birthing of your own Heart in this lifetime. (But I do also LOVE unleashing my passion and creative expression through dancing, singing, and African drumming; relishing in my love of travel; being greedy with rhubarb; and connecting with the natural environment as often as possible :)

My formal, professional background is in hypnosis; NLP MInd-Coaching and Advanced Mind-Body Dynamics.Over the years, with my expertise in these and other modalities, I've literally helped thousands of people to enjoy healthier, happier lives and relationships. Some of my juiciest and most significant "education" has come from working with national and international best-selling authors and teachers from the spiritual, intuitive and conscious-creating genres. This has included receiving private mentoring, attending intensive trainings, and experiencing life-altering personal exchanges with them. Aside from this, there has also been my personal soul-journey to date and the one with my husband - both of which have been my greatest, most profoundly catalytic wisdom teachers.

For a long time, I solely lived the life of my head and circumstances. Now I passionately align more with my heart and intuition and love using both to be present to the moment and to create magic in my life!
