Meditation
Classes held on Thursday,and Saturday mornings from 10.30am.
Meditation is a grounded practice to align the mind and body together.
Connecting you to your bodies natural rhythms so you can experience the gift of mindfulness bringing joy to everyday life.
There are different styles of mediation offered through The Totally Active Healing Centre.
You are welcome to experience many principals, including those of Buddist, Zen, Kabbalah, Channelled and Transformative Meditation. Please contact us directly with any questions you have.

$50 for 5 week block
Kundilini Yoga
Friday 11am Deep Meditation and Yoga set. A class set to go deep into the subconscious, to use breath and postures to balance the body and the mind and eliminate past fears and hurts, helping the body align into its natural state of being and promote a positive state of mind.
$15 casual
$60 = 5 class block @ $12 each class
Belly Dancing
Have you ever wanted to discover a goddess aspect of yourself . Belly Dancing is a means to do so. come along have fun, dance, make new friends and exercise all in one event. All we ask you to do is wear a loose skirk or pants for comfort and have a sense of humour, so we can laugh the night away.

Practitioners
Tuesdays we have Jan Michele who is a spiritual energy healer. Jan offers self-empowerment through awareness, chakra balancing and emotional releasing by stimulating your bodies natural healing abilities.
Wednesdays we have Julie who offers polarity energy balancing and emotional freedom technique.she also specialises with teenagers to help them cope with stress, bullying, confidence, good choice making and positive self image and directions in life.
Thursdays we have Sheree who is our psychologist and energy worker, sheree focuses on chakra balancing and inner child healings
Thursday and Fridays we have Suellen offering Hawaiian Lomi Lomi
massage. and Reiki, Suellen is also a registered nurse.
Fridays and Saturdays we have Anne who is an NLP practitioner (neuro linguistics programming) and an Ericsonian Hyponotherapist.
