Practical Evolution

This group is set up by Tracy Robbins  (Cranio-sacral Therapist and multidimensional healer) to provide a practical guide to the ascension process.  Information here is taken directly from her own experience and form the experiences of her therapy clients.  It is aimed at assisting those experiencing ascension symptoms to manage the changes this has in their lives and the lives of their families.
