Guided Meditation

Meditation may be practiced for many reasons, such as to increase calmness and physical relaxation, to improve psychological balance, to cope with illness, or to enhance overall health and well-being.

Meditation sessions are conducted as follows ...

• Every other Wednesday evening from 7pm. (Sessions are also run on the alternate Wednesday mornings at 10am)
• Other times can be arranged with sufficient numbers
• Sessions normally run for 60 minutes

Most people feel the best results are obtained when completely relaxed, lying on the floor. You will need to bring a pillow and blanket to make yourself comfortable. You can also remain seated if you prefer.

• The cost is just $10 per person with light refreshments provided.
