Event Description

Conscious Connections is a monthly social gathering for all members either attached or single.

To attend our gatherings you just need to be a member of the Conscious Connections group or the Spiritual Singles group (free). You can join by clicking on the interest group menu and selecting the group you wish to join, then clicking on Join.

This month we are joining the monthly salsa evening at the Copacabana surf club. The venue is called "Footnote". There are lessons at 8pm for those wishing to learn it and food and drinks available from 7.30pm. The social dance starts at 9pm. $15 entry, classes are free!

We've just confirmed Australian champions, Mitch and Ellicia to perform this Friday evening after recently returning from overseas. They'll also be running an Intermediate workshop, after the already announced Beginners workshop. 2. Chicken Mignon topped with fetta and spinach tossed capsicum salsa on a bed of creamy polenta

3. Peppered beef medallions served with garlic seasonal greens on a bed of cauliflower puree

Dessert: Vanilla Bean panacotta served with fresh wildberry coulis
